IL SISTEMA EPOX DONIC: OGNI LAMA È UNICA
Le lame della serie EPOX DONIC non sono incollate con una colla liquida, ma con una pellicola adesiva in resina epossidica. Durante il processo di incollaggio, le impiallacciature vengono pressate insieme e riscaldate per 20 minuti. Ciò fa sì che la pellicola epossidica si liquefaccia e leghi saldamente insieme le impiallacciature.
Lo strato intermedio e gli strati intermedi sono realizzati con impiallacciature monolama. In questa tecnica monolama vengono utilizzate solo impiallacciature monopezzo. Altre tecniche tradizionali utilizzano spesso più pezzi che vengono assemblati. Ciò significa che da ogni piastra pressata viene realizzata solo una lama. Ciò si traduce nella creazione di lame uniche e di alta qualità. L'esclusivo metodo di incollaggio degli strati delle lame EPOX con resina epossidica conferisce loro uno speciale livello di rigidità. A seconda della composizione dell'impiallacciatura, ciò comporta una dinamica migliorata o un controllo eccellente, il tutto prevenendo vibrazioni spiacevoli.
I bordi sulla transizione tra l'impugnatura e la superficie della lama sono stati accuratamente arrotondati. Di conseguenza, le lame della serie EPOX sono incredibilmente comode da impugnare e molto facili da maneggiare.
