You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Return

Email us at sales@tabletennisstore.eu or request the return via the webshop with your order number to request a return.

Send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
After we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:

Custom-made or personalised products (bat gluing for example)

Sealed hygiene items that have been opened
